Our Term and Conditions are pretty simple - all goods are supplied from our offices in Sydney, Australia.
This is where we will be placing all the legal stuff about what happens when you buy from us, and our returns policies and all that type of gumph.
It will look like those you find on most online stores and goverened by the applicable "Fair Trading" legislations.
Postage
[at present] has been calculated on a worst case basis within Australia and any overpayment will be credited back to your account within a couple of days of the goods being posted.
Within the next few weeks postage will be calculated directly from the Aust Post calculator based on the total weight of the package and the destination, as before any overpayment will be refunded.
Tiger of London products
Most products from this manufacturer are "made to order", so if we don't have them in stock we will have to order them and this can take up to 4 weeks for them to be shipped, please be patient while they are made and shipped.
Special Orders
Any products that have to be specially ordered [other than Tiger of London products] will require a 50% deposit, which will be fully refunded if we are unable to supply the requested goods.
We only keep a small selection of stock on hand so in most cases we will need to order your goods from the manufacturer, in some cases this can take several weeks for the goods to arrive here, so please be patient, we will keep you informed as to the progress of your order.
Payments
Payments can be made through PayPal - the Shopping Cart takes you directly to the PayPal payment site - this is a secure site so check for the padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Should you not wish to use PayPal please use the contact link to arrange an alternative.
Returns/Refunds
Should the goods not meet the descripton on the site, or be defective, you can return them within 10 days of receipt providing all tags and packaging are attached and they are in new, unsoiled condition.
Prior to returning the goods please contact us for a Return Authorisation [RA] number.
Every endeavour has been made to ensure that the sizing on the site reflects the actual size of the goods, if the goods are not of the correct size please let us know through the contact page or by phone and we will attempt to replace them with the correct size.
Goods returned for credit [provided they are in new, unsoiled condition with all tags attached] will have the purchase price, less shipping, refunded.
